And yet the game looks spectacular even with such low settings. Naota, what kind of system are you going to be getting? I'm going to get myself an E8400 to go with my 8800GT 512 soon enough.

Im close to the point where im gonna reformat this machine anyway, so we'll see.

Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6700 (4x 2.66GHz/8MB L2 Cache/1066FSB) and since im expecting my tax refund and stimulus checks by the end of june, if your all still playing requiem, ill be joining you then, though ill be way behind =P

I've done this myself in the past, I thought well I'll get one card now and then when it becomes cheap I'll get another and SLI them, but by the time it is cheap you can probably just buy one single new card which will be a lot better than getting the SLI. And the 9x nvidia series for my tastes is too expensive and not that much of an upgrade from the 8800GT 512 or the new G92 8800 GTS.

WarCry Choice Posts: 5351 Joined: 30 Jun 2004 | Gah, I've been plagued with problems with this game since the start. First some of the clients were not able to patch 31.rtp, then I had a problem with constant crashes; the moment I log in I would crash. Now with this patch my updater just won't patch. Doesn't find any patch to download... gah this is worse than L2 was in beta.
